Executive head chef, Crowne Plaza Dubai
Christophe Prud’Homme has taken up a new role as executive head chef of Crowne Plaza Dubai.
Prud’Homme will be responsible for all 11 different restaurants and cafes on the Sheikh Zayed Road property including Chamas Churrascaria, Al Tannour, which offers traditional Lebanese cuisine, and Japanese restaurant Sakura.
The French-born chef arrived in Dubai with the assignment of leading the culinary department of Al Bustan Rotana. He was then promoted to the position of area culinary director for all seven Roda properties in Dubai.
