A COFFEE STORY
For Nescafé, the coffee story starts with the coffee plant. Each coffee cherry is handpicked by one of the over one million farmers they work with across the globe. This time consuming process ensures the best quality as the unripe cherries are left on the branch to be picked later.
Once the beans are extracted from these cherries, they are roasted. With 70 years of experience Nescafé has mastered the temperature and time it takes to bring out the flavour and aroma of the bean. It closely monitors the roasting of the beans as even a few seconds can make a world of difference to the end cup.
