His three years with Deliveroo in the Middle East has seen the food delivery platform grow to partnering with over 2,500 restaurants, but Anis Harb has plans to double that number in 2019.
One of the ways Harb and Deliveroo have innovated the food delivery game has been the introduction of the Editions kitchens. Now brands don’t need to have an established brick and mortar store to reach their customers, with Deliveroo providing the kitchen and dealing with all the overheads. It’s made it possible for smaller concepts to reach out to whole new customer bases and is something we could be seeing much more of in the future.
