Anative New Yorker, Sumeet Jhingan has made Capital Club Bahrain a driving force behind getting young Bahraini students into the hospitality industry and giving them a truly world class education en route. He regularly gets Michelin-starred chefs to visit Bahrain and spend hands-on time with the students – the type of training that is invaluable for the next generation of up-and-coming culinary experts.
Jhingan has also made great strides in turning Capital Club Bahrain into an eco-friendly private dining experience. The introduction of bamboo and edible straws is just one of its sustainable policies, which will soon include the implementation of the club’s very own vertical farm.
