Bid­food pre­dicts Strong 2018 fol­low­ing Chal­leng­ing year

With new plat­forms, new brands and part­ner­ships al­ready in the pipe­line for 2018, busi­ness is look­ing pos­i­tive, ac­cord­ing to the dis­trib­u­tor Bid­food.

“The first months of 2018 have shown that we are out of the tough 2017 times. The mo­men­tum at Gul­food shows that every­body is back on track and very en­er­getic to show good re­sults in 2018,” he said.

“Bid­food too has sev­eral plat­forms that are launch­ing across the re­gion, we are re­ally driv­ing our e-com­merce plat­form, mak­ing it avail­able in Saudi Ara­bia and launch­ing a cou­ple of new brands too.

“We re­cently an­nounced CSM bak­ery so­lu­tions across the re­gion and also an­nounced our part­ner­ship with Day­mark So­lu­tions, so it is look­ing very pos­i­tive across the re­gion,” Al Jamil added.

Rep­re­sent­ing their brands and part­ners at Gul­food 2018, Bid­food aims to build their net­work through the five day ex­hi­bi­tion.

“Gul­food is a plat­form for all the stake­hold­ers in the in­dus­try to re­ally con­nect and be able to build on each other’s net­work in or­der to grow their top and bot­tom line,” Al Jamil said.

“Our pres­ence here is to fur­ther grow our net­work across the re­gion and help our part­ner­ing brands to grow their cus­tomers base in the food ser­vice in­dus­try.”
