IT'S BIG ENOUGH - The S125 is Moretti's largest elec­tric pizza oven, and is avail­able in multi-deck con­fig­u­ra­tions with up to five bak­ing cham­bers. Each bak­ing cham­ber has a us­able in­ner sur­face of 124x126cm, which trans­lates to a ca­pac­ity of 16 piz­zas or six full trays, for a max­i­mum out­put of up to 280 piz­zas per hour. IT'S SMART - The eco-smart bak­ing sys­tem, op­ti­mises the bak­ing process while cut­ting en­ergy ex­pen­di­tures to a min­i­mum, the dual temp sys­tem makes it pos­si­ble to set two dif­fer­ent tem­per­a­tures in a sin­gle cham­ber and the smart bak­ing tech­nol­ogy lets you sep­a­rately man­age the tem­per­a­tures of floor and ceil­ing.
