THE NEW BREITLING ENDURANCE PRO GRACED THE WRIST OF TOUR DE FRANCE WINNER TADEJ POGACAR, WHO WORE THE WATCH THROUGHOUT THE FAMOUS CYCLING RACE. A TIMEPIECE DESIGNED FOR MEN AND WOMEN WHOSE ACTIVE LIVES BLEND A PROFESSIONAL MINDSET WITH A SPORTY LIFESTYLE, THE BREITLING ENDURANCE PRO CAN BE WORN FOR A DEMANDING WORKOUT YET IS STYLISH ENOUGH TO ACCOMPANY YOU TO YOUR NEXT MEETING

“THE ENDURANCE PRO PERFORMED ON THE WRIST OF THE WINNER OF THE GREATEST CYCLING RACE IN THE WORLD, THE ULTIMATE ENDORSEMENT OF THE ENDURANCE PRO,” Breitling’s CMO Tim Sayler tells CEO Middle East. “From a brand perspective, it reflects Breitling’s rich history in cycling. We partnered with the Grand Tours and the World Championships, and in the 1950s, we even worked with Fausto Coppi and Gino Bartali, two of the sport’s greatest competitors. It’s a heritage we are extremely proud of, and Tadej’s place on the Champs Elysees podium represents our return to the top step of the sport.”

Designed to be both a lightweight watch for athletes and a casual, everyday sports chronograph, the Endurance Pro perfectly blends high precision and innovative technology with a vibrant and colourful design. It is the ultimate athleisure watch.

Breitling CEO Georges Kern said, “We’re all impressed by Tadej Pogačar’s performance. At 21, Tadej is part of a generation of cyclists who are set to take the sport to a whole new level. The fact that our Endurance Pro is on his wrist

demonstrates that the technology and design of our watches is speaking to a young, performance-oriented audience, and that Breitling is back on the top step of global cycling.”

Priced from AED11,770, the Endurance Pro watches are available in a series of colours including red, yellow, white, navy blue and orange.

The watch case is forged from ultralight Breitlight, a material that is more than three times lighter than titanium. If you’re the kind of watch wearer who doesn’t stop for breath between morning bike ride, personal training session, pre-breakfast Zoom and client site visit, it’s a sensible choice for your lifestyle. Lightweight, ultra-strong, non-magnetic and highly resistant to scratches (not to mention being waterproof, handy for swims and showers) it’s a watch you can essentially wear all week long without taking it off once (as this editor did during a particularly challenging training week of mountain trail running interspersed with heinous deadlines).

Powering this sporty, practical timepiece is a COSC-certified SuperQuartz chronograph that offers exceptional precision, making it the watch of choice for leading sportsmen and women including world-record-holders Jan Frodeno and Daniela Ryf and world champion Chris “Macca” McCormack, three of the biggest names in triathlon and Ironman racing.

“As a brand, Breitling focuses on accessible sports such as surfing and triathlon to shift perception towards our more casual, inclusive vision of luxury, which is the core of our brand positioning. We consciously stay away from the typical “luxury” sports such as Formula One or big yacht sailing,” notes Tim Sayler. If it’s good enough for some of the world’s most exceptional men and women in sports, it’s good enough for CEO.
