UAE telecoms operator Etisalat, has signed a strategic partnership with Sage Middle East targeting SMBs.

In terms of the agreement, Etisalat will offer Sage cloud accounting solutions to SMBs, helping them with compliance of value-added taxes.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by Salvador Anglada, group chief business officer Etisalat, and

Blair Crump, president, Sage at GITEX Technology Week 2018.

With the partnership, Etisalat’s SMB customers can now subscribe to Sage Business Cloud Accounting, which has been accredited by the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) earlier this year. The flexible cloud solution helps businesses effectively manage their finances and cash flow by offering easy control of their business and data at any place and any time. It will also help them collaborate with colleagues and accountants to share the workload and automate processes wherever possible to improve efficiency and reduce admin tasks

Etisalat’sAnglada said: “We are excited to partner with Sage, the market leader in cloud business management solutions, to deliver the best-in-class cloud accounting to our valued SMB customers.”

Tayan says Sage is honoured to partner with Etisalat to help SMBs in the UAE.
