What were the company’s milestones in 2018?
We thrive to be the preferred vendor for partners and end users. A lot has been done this year, first we moved to a new office allowing us to be closer and more visible to partners and end users. We opened our first Experience Centre in Dubai which turned out to be a great hub for partners to learn about our solutions, and for end users to examine how their real document imaging environment would look like.
Additionally, we effectively rolled out our partners programme, we are putting all the resources and giving the necessary support to our partners to ensure their success in the market. We have also been engaging with end users through different events, and we reached a stage where they truly understand how Alaris can help them in their digital transformation journey. To make sure that end users who use our solutions are served well, we rolled an ASP (Authorised Service Provider) programme across the region to guarantee the utmost satisfaction of end users.
What are your strategic business plans for 2019?
Our partners are our power, there is no doubt in that. We will make
Naji Kazak, general manager at Alaris, a Kodak Alaris subsidiary. sure that we further empower them to be able to enhance their offerings and propositions. We are also looking to tie up with ISVs across the region and have them displayed in our experience centre, our solutions can complement theirs, there is a great story to be built with them.
What were the main drivers for your business growth?
First, it is our people, we have a great team in place, and we hired new resources to help us in our reach to partners and end users. Then you have our network of partners which played a great role in our success. We understand that not all our partners specialise in document imaging and having that in mind we put them through an enablement programme to make sure their sales and pre-sales people are equipped with the right tools to serve their client base.
