What were the com­pany’s milestones in 2018?

We thrive to be the pre­ferred vendor for part­ners and end users. A lot has been done this year, first we moved to a new of­fice al­low­ing us to be closer and more vis­i­ble to part­ners and end users. We opened our first Ex­pe­ri­ence Cen­tre in Dubai which turned out to be a great hub for part­ners to learn about our so­lu­tions, and for end users to ex­am­ine how their real doc­u­ment imag­ing en­vi­ron­ment would look like.

Ad­di­tion­ally, we ef­fec­tively rolled out our part­ners pro­gramme, we are putting all the re­sources and giv­ing the nec­es­sary sup­port to our part­ners to en­sure their success in the mar­ket. We have also been en­gag­ing with end users through dif­fer­ent events, and we reached a stage where they truly un­der­stand how Alaris can help them in their dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion jour­ney. To make sure that end users who use our so­lu­tions are served well, we rolled an ASP (Au­tho­rised Ser­vice Provider) pro­gramme across the re­gion to guar­an­tee the ut­most sat­is­fac­tion of end users.

What are your strate­gic busi­ness plans for 2019?

Our part­ners are our power, there is no doubt in that. We will make

We are also look­ing to tie up with ISVs across the re­gion and have them dis­played in our ex­pe­ri­ence cen­tre, our so­lu­tions can com­ple­ment theirs, there is a great story to be built with them.

What were the main driv­ers for your busi­ness growth?

First, it is our peo­ple, we have a great team in place, and we hired new re­sources to help us in our reach to part­ners and end users. Then you have our net­work of part­ners which played a great role in our success. We un­der­stand that not all our part­ners spe­cialise in doc­u­ment imag­ing and hav­ing that in mind we put them through an en­able­ment pro­gramme to make sure their sales and pre-sales peo­ple are equipped with the right tools to serve their client base.
