Following a long hiatus over the summer months, Dubai Opera has returned for a brand new season of entertainment. A live film screening of Jackie Chan-starrer Vanguard ushered in the season last month followed by a live stand-up performance featuring Lebanese-American comedian Nemr Abu Nassar. The venue dials up the entertainment factor this November with a salute to the pioneers of jazz on November 6, led by Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club. The programme continues with a comedy special by award-winning actor Omid Djalili and a flamenco show by renowned ensemble Flamenco Passion.
