Receiving orders on time is a crucial element of fulfilling the brief on projects large and small. Sanipex Group understands this, with its Global Distribution Centre as the beating heart of its business which delivers highquality bathroom trend-led products for designing beautiful bathrooms and outdoor living throughout the region.

Essentially, the 30,000m2 of purposebuilt logistics and manufacturing space means the business can provide on-time deliveries from unrivalled stock levels to large projects throughout the Middle East and Africa.

Based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, the Distribution Centre was built in 2009 to service customer needs across the region. Solely owned by Sanipex Group, the distribution centre includes facilities set over three distinct sites, ideally located in the heart of the Jebel Ali Free Zone, with a current stock value of over $82 million (AED300 million).

The centre operates as the group’s global headquarters, with a dedicated supply chain team consisting of over 200 employees and warehouse facilities that operate to blue-chip standards for efficiency, safety, and customer service.

A second warehouse in the same region recently opened to focus on the company’s outdoor living, appliances and lighting ranges, on a plot covering over 14,500m2, with 7,000m2 of warehouse space. The distribution centre is more than a warehouse for the supply of stock. With Sanipex Group working in full compliance with UAE ESMA and KSA SASO standards, its in-house product testing laboratories and maintenance workshop facilities replicate real-life environments to accurately demonstrate performance under different conditions and scenarios.

It is also home to the group’s in-house quality control facility, implementing riskbased inspections utilising modern tools and adhering to rigorous product standards. A Quality Assurance Programme with KPI procedures is also applied across the global supplier base for full accountability.

The centre is also the base for the company’s in-house technical team, with a 30-minute average response time to a customer technical case. The team provides support to retail and project clients with consistently high levels of service, and practical installation guidance and expert training for contractors.

When it comes to delivery, the service is white glove, with a distribution team including 40 staff and 20 trucks. Each truck has a driver and an assistant, trained in many aspects of customer service and providing white gloved services for the end customer.

Guy Wilson, managing director Trade & Projects MEA at Sanipex Group, said: “The design community, in the Middle East, in Africa, and globally need assurance that the products they specify for their projects are easily accessible and available for fast delivery.

“The Sanipex FZE Global Distribution Centre gives them this peace of mind, and so much more too, going far beyond good stock levels and timely deliveries to support our customers throughout the entire process. With product testing and stringent quality control procedures also based here, we ensure that there are no compromises when it comes to providing high-quality products for projects on any scale.

“The distribution centre, quite simply allows us to collaborate on high-profile developments all over the world, spanning the hotel, residential, commercial, retail, institutional, healthcare and education sectors.”
