Hold a pair of dumbbells at your shoulders, and stand with your feet hipwidth apart.
Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower into a squat, keeping your chest upright. In one fluid motion, push through your heels to stand up while pressing the dumbbells directly overhead.
Slowly lower the weights, returning them to your shoulders.
That’s 1 rep. Do up to 4 sets of 12 reps, 2 to 3 times a week.
