Despite much of her career having been spawned directly or indirectly from social media, having amassed 24,000 followers on her personal Instagram page, and many loyal followers of her DubaiFitFoodie blog, wellness advocate and foodie Gbemi Giwa admits the thought of turning off her phone mid-way through the day is always appealing.
