First look of One Palm’s new lux­u­ri­ous show­room apart­ment

Dubai-based de­vel­oper Omniyat has re­vealed its lat­est show­room at its lux­ury One Palm de­vel­op­ment on The Palm Jumeirah.

First look im­ages of the new show apart­ment re­veal a 371sqm three-bed­room unit, boast­ing a large open plan, lat­eral liv­ing space with a cool colour pal­ette and mag­nif­i­cent views of Dubai Ma­rina, The Ain Dubai and the Ara­bian Gulf.

The new show­room is styled by Lon­don-based de­sign stu­dio El­i­cyon, one of Omniyat’s two in­te­rior part­ners on the One Palm project, and fol­lows the news that lux­ury hos­pi­tal­ity brand Dorch­ester Col­lec­tion will man­age the prop­erty.

One Palm is home to Dubai’s most ex­pen­sive apart­ment, a 2,694sqm triplex penthouse that sold last year for AED102MN.

Mahdi Am­jad, CEO and ex­ec­u­tive chair­man of Omniyat, said: “As the most ex­clu­sive ad­dress on The Palm Jumeirah and home to Dubai’s most ex­pen­sive apart­ment, One Palm com­mands the best style and de­sign pos­si­ble.

“Clients are given the choice of two high-end de­sign­ers to style their vil­las in the sky, and this new show­room cap­tures the high-end fin­ish­ings and plush fur­ni­ture that turn these units into ex­quis­ite homes.”

Famed for its in­volve­ment in the renowned One Hyde Park build­ing in Knights­bridge, Lon­don, El­i­cyon reg­u­larly uses op­u­lent ma­te­ri­als com­bined with ex­tra­or­di­nary be­spoke crafts­man­ship and de­tail­ing. On a world stage, the stu­dio has set the stan­dard for ex­clu­sive res­i­dences from Shang­hai to Mum­bai and is al­ready fa­mil­iar with the Mid­dle East hav­ing worked on projects in Kuwait and Saudi Ara­bia. Charu Gandhi, founder and di­rec­tor of El­i­cyon, said: “We have re­ally en­joyed be­ing a part of this amaz­ing project at One Palm by Omniyat, it has been fan­tas­tic to work in Dubai par­tic­u­larly at such a land­mark build­ing.”

Now cel­e­brat­ing their work at One Palm, El­i­cyon is de­vel­op­ing a pas­sion for Dubai and the re­gion and is look­ing to spend more time in the Mid­dle East cu­rat­ing bold and per­son­alised homes.
