LAST MAN STANDING
Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne
If you've picked up a rock album or heard the signature twang of power chord over the past 35 years, chances are Ozzy Osbourne had a hand in it. The Black Sabbath front man released over a dozen albums, recruiting legendary guitarists like Randy Rhoads and Zakk Wylde to produce a sound like no other. Songs like “Smoke On The Water” and “Iron Man” are rm fan favourites, but it was albums like Paranoid and We Sold Our Soul for Rock & Roll that would go on to in uence just about every rock and roller of the past four decades. Today, Ozzy might be better known for his fondness of bat kebabs and reality TV shows, but Black Sabbath is still going strong. Their latest album 13 went no. 1 in, you guessed it, 13 countries, and you can catch the highlights — along with other legendary tunes — at the Yas Island du Arena on May 29.
