IN­GRE­DI­ENTS:

2 cloves gar­lic, finely sliced 1 un­waxed lemon, zest and juice 2 - 3 dried chill­ies, crushed 250ml olive oil 800g king prawns, de­veined and peeled apart from the tail 1 tsp sweet pa­prika 2 tbsp freshly chopped pars­ley

Method:

1 Heat the gar­lic with the lemon zest, chill­ies and olive oil in a ce­ramic dish suit­able for use on the hob. 2 Mix to­gether the prawns, pa­prika, lemon juice and pars­ley and add to the hot oil. Sea­son with salt and ground black pep­per and cook, toss­ing or stir­ring, for 4-5 min­utes un­til cooked through. 3 Be­fore serv­ing, check the sea­son­ing. Serve in in­di­vid­ual por­tion-sized dishes if de­sired, with white bread.
