Gambas al pil pil

2 cloves garlic, finely sliced 1 unwaxed lemon, zest and juice 2 - 3 dried chillies, crushed 250ml olive oil 800g king prawns, deveined and peeled apart from the tail 1 tsp sweet paprika 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 Heat the garlic with the lemon zest, chillies and olive oil in a ceramic dish suitable for use on the hob. 2 Mix together the prawns, paprika, lemon juice and parsley and add to the hot oil. Season with salt and ground black pepper and cook, tossing or stirring, for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. 3 Before serving, check the seasoning. Serve in individual portion-sized dishes if desired, with white bread.
