Known for his Michelin threestar establishment, Noor and the more casual experience at El Bar de Paco Morales in Córdoba, Chef Morales yet again brings his unique talent to the table where he combines gastronomy and culture, using the finest ingredients that pay homage to a bygone era. By transcending the norm of traditional dining, Qabu brings the diverse flavours of Al-Andalus’ cuisine. The concept celebrates Cordoba’s diverse and storied heritage, where the past and future converge in a symphony of taste and innovation. During each course, diners can learn the historical significance of every ingredient served on the plate – to immerse in an engaging experience where heritage resides. By unfolding its epicurean tale from the 10th century, each season at this Al Andalus-inspired haven will reveal a new chapter of this extraordinary culinary heritage by blending traditional relishes with a contemporary twist. With the chef’s strong commitment to artistry, visitors can embark on a unique culinary journey. They can experience a variety of dishes ranging from slow-cooked veal cheek with celeriac purée, caper leaves, grain mustard and more. To complement this dining experience, diner Qabu will also feature an extensive beverage menu. The restaurant will open its doors daily for dinner, welcoming guests from 6pm to 12am and can accommodate 55 diners.
