LAWYER AND FOUNDER OF SHOESTOVA.COM Juggling two jobs (in addition to running her website, Natalia is a partner at a law firm) with raising three children, it's little wonder Natalia's role model is another stylish working mother; Victoria Beckham. “She was able to make the switch from pop girl to successful businesswoman, while being a strong wife and mother – while all along society and the media were laughing, judging and assuming she would fail,” says Shustova, who launched her fashion website at the beginning of last year. “She switched her life around at a late stage in her life.”

Ultimately Natalia hopes to find away to combine her twin passions. “My goal is to combine my law and fashion careers into one. I am still figuring that one out. Also to involve all generations of my family in my business.”
