Saudi’s Riyadh Metro awards O& M contract Gulf
contract has been awarded by Saudi Arabia’s Arriyadh Development Authority to deliver operations and maintenance (O& M) services for Lines 1 and 2 of Riyadh Metro. Capital Metro Company (Camco) – a joint venture of RATP Group’s RATP Dev and Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) – has won the deal, which spans 12 years and includes mobilisation. Line 1, also known as Blue Line, on the Al- Olaya-Al Batha corridor spans 39km and includes 25 station. Line 2, known as Red Line, runs parallel to King Abdullah Road for 25km, with 15 stations.
