2019 is set to be an exciting year during which we will see new version releases of our core CAFM offering, Concept Evolution. It will include user experience and user enhancements and a plethora of new features. For FSI GO there will be a new version of the mainstay tasks activity and a new activity for audits. Additionally, a number of new apps will be released for Concept Advantage focussed on workplace wellbeing.

Some of the challenges in 2018, and your perception of the market for 2019?

Meeting the volume of demand for new and existing business has been a good challenge to have had during 2018. What we have seen during this year is not only a good number of new clients adopting FSI technologies but also many existing clients wanting to enhance their business process and use of CAFM and mobile technology. The demand for mobile apps within the workplace and for facilities management service delivery continues to grow with increasing adoption of apps for the end customer, such as Concept Advantage, and greater take up of apps for operatives via FSI GO. In summary, 2018 has been a busy year for FSI both in terms of securing new clients and projects and new technology releases to support the industry. From an FM technology perspective, we a predicting 2019 to be another positive year.

Tell us about your expansion plans, growth and financial performance?

FSI continued to grow its direct presence in the region in 2018. As a result, we are in the process of expanding the footprint of our office in Dubai in anticipation of further growth during 2019.
