EFS’ cur­rent con­tracts back­log has crossed over $1.1bn (AED4.2bn) whilst man­ag­ing an ap­prox­i­mate to­tal area of over 35 mil­lion m2. The com­pany also man­aged to re­tain 97% of its clients. EFS has man­aged to en­ter sev­eral sec­tors — bank­ing, avi­a­tion, health­care and ed­u­ca­tion to name a few. A few of its clients in­clude: Bar­clays, HSBC, Eti­had Air­ways, Unilever, Har­vey Ni­chols, Mubadala, Mu­sanada, Bri­tish Em­bassy and Sch­lum­berger.

Chauhan says: “EFS has a pres­ence in 21 coun­tries with our pri­mary mar­kets be­ing UAE, KSA and Bahrain. In the next 12 months, EFS will be work­ing on mega projects in line with the UAE Gov­ern­ment mis­sion and vi­sion and growth plan in 2020. As KSA is one of our key mar­ket ar­eas, EFS will be tak­ing on projects in the pub­lic and pri­vate sec­tors to de­velop the coun­try’s FM land­scape in line with the 2030 vi­sion. Fi­nally, EFS will also be look­ing at ma­jor ac­qui­si­tions in 2019 and ex­pan­sion of busi­ness in Cen­tral Asia.
