HEND OBAID AL MARRI

Hend Al Marri has extensive experience in strategic and financial leadership, with duties comprising strategic planning, business development, performance management, international relations, financial management, and project management.

Marri has held several positions in Dubai Land Department, including current as the chief executive officer of Dubai Real Estate Institute. She began working at DLD in 2006 as Director of the Academic Affairs and Qualification of Real Estate Professionals Department at DREI. Additionally, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment in Dubai.

Marri has enjoyed several major achievements across her career, most prominently of which was raising DREI’s market value as a profitable institute and its brand equity, spreading real estate knowledge innovatively among various parties in the sector and the society, and enhancing the value of education and real estate investment at the local and global level. She has received many awards and certificates of appreciation as a distinguished and creative employee and an outstanding and proactive organiser.
