Given the huge demand for labour in the Kingdom and limited availability due to border restrictions, it’s very difficult to recruit and retain loyal and skilled technicians. Juggling cash flow is also a challenge, at the early days of any project money is tight, cashflow is critical and can impact on supply of materials and equipment. At the same time end users expect high service standards, it can be very difficult to achieve a balance.
