Cindy Hermsen is the CEO of the Global Alliance of Facility Management Innovators. Her leading role in a startup innovation program for FM sparked the founding of the Global Alliance of FM Innovators, a meeting point for FM industry leaders and FM startups worldwide. Hermsen coined “FMTech” for all digital solutions covering complete spectrum of FM activities.
