ON FM MIDDLE EAST AWARDS:

Over the past 15 years, FM Middle East Awards have grown to become a benchmark of success in the Facilities industry across this region. This award platform brings together all the leading FM Companies within the region as they demonstrat­e their success stories, achievemen­ts and how they have stood out from the competitio­n.

This year will be no different and as we have almost come out of the pandemic, expecting to see stronger competitio­n. Apart from the competitio­n, the awards night is also a great platform to network with fellow industry peers. THE COMING YEAR:

At Deyaar FM our aim is to achieve sustainabl­e growth. We have started off this year on a high note and expect to continue with the same momentum whereby exceeding the expectatio­ns. Moreover, we also aim to penetrate into new sectors and provide those Clients with tailor made solutions.

Deyaar FM will continue investing in technology, particular­ly in the augmented reality domain with an aim to improve service delivery, increase customer satisfacti­on and to reduce costs.

THE PAST 12 MONTHS:

We have seen the FM market re-emerging strongly out of the pandemic. At Deyaar FM we have been successful in achieving the expected growth for the year 2021. Deyaar FM recorded a 60% increase in manpower for the year 2021 achieving an 18% overall business growth. We signed 29 new contracts and renewed 28 contracts the past year. We have also ventured into new sectors within the UAE market like Healthcare and Retail.

Deyaar FM successful­ly attained the ISO 41001 Facility Management certificat­ion as well as the BICSc certificat­ion thus reaffirmin­g our commitment to providing quality services to our Clients. These accreditat­ions will help us standardis­e our policies and procedures further enhancing our service delivery. We now have a fully equipped training centre where all our staff shall undergo Yazan profession­al Abujabal, Head training. of CAFM Division,

FM at Initial Saudi Group. As part of enhancing and streamlini­ng our internal processes, we have now launched our new comprehens­ive app enabled HR system whereby all the activities are done online and in real time.
