THE COMING YEAR:

As we look forward this year, EnFM is set to launch the first of its kind of B2C services - “EnFM Hadreen” which will offer cost-effective FM solutions for the individual customers. Customers can opt for the services through the EnFM’s digital platforms which are efficientl­y design and equipped with the unique user-friendly experience for the customers.

THE PAST 12 MONTHS:

Last year, EnFM completed its 10 years of services in the industry with remarkable achievemen­ts, wherein the firm entered the petroleum and energy sectors boosting the contract value to AED225m+ with a 29% growth in revenue and securing the expected profitabil­ity margins.

By assessing the customers’ demands on mobilising of contracts within a short time frame, EnFM has devised and implemente­d the predictive model analysis with the reverse planning mechanism to mobilise the projects within 15 days in line the customer expectatio­ns. As a result of which five of its key projects were successful­ly mobilised by EnFM within 15 days.

EnFM’s digitisati­on strategy has preciously focused on introducin­g the applicatio­ns and mobile apps which has been automated and integrated with all of our functions, processes and site operations; this has not only reduced the timelines but also drasticall­y reduced the cost of management with increase in efficiency.

It was a moment of pride for EnFM to be part of Expo 2022 Dubai.

Our employee engagement initiative­s yielded the positive results with curbing on the attrition rate and we are a happy 3,000+ strong EnFM family.
