Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co (known as “Alhokair Fashion Retail”) was formed in 1990. The company has since become the largest franchise retailer in Saudi Arabia, with a strong presence in MENA, Central Asia and the Caucasus regions. It is among a few listed franchisees in the region, and had revenues of $1.5 billion last year. The group has more than 75 brands and 530,000 sq. meters of retail space in its portfolio. Gap, Banana Republic, Zara, Lefties, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Aldo Shoes and Accessories and Call It Spring are some of the brands they operate.
