Na­dia Al Saeed joined as the CEO of Bank al Eti­had in 2008, af­ter ad­vis­ing the bank for a year as a con­sul­tant with Mck­in­sey & Co. Be­fore that Al Saeed served as the di­rec­tor of the Dead Sea In­sti­tute, a de­vel­op­ment think tank. From 2004 to 2016 she served as the Min­is­ter of ICT, where she con­trib­uted ma­jorly to the de­vel­op­ment of the ICT sec­tor in Jor­dan. Al Saeed has an MBA from the Amer­i­can Univer­sity in Cairo with a fo­cus on fi­nance and MIS and a bach­e­lor's de­gree in busi­ness and eco­nomics. Through the bank, Al Saeed man­ages $5 bil­lion in as­sets.
