Amanat Holdings’ healthcare portfolio includes Sukoon in Saudi Arabia and the Royal Hospital for Women and Children in Bahrain. Medicare Group was founded in 1996 and listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange in 1997. The company establishe­s specialty hospitals and outpatient clinics, as well as medical and healthcare projects such as Hemya, Re’aya, Enaya, and Al-Ahli Hospital Clinic. The company reported operating income of $132.2 million in 2021.

Establishe­d in 1891, MSD is a research biopharmac­eutical company that develops solutions for vaccines, oncology, infectious diseases, and cardio-metabolic diseases. The Almana Group provides medical care and services across eight medical facilities with 1,106 beds in Saudi Arabia. In March 2021, the company announced the opening of the Almana Medical Tower at the Almana General Hospital in Jubail and the launch of a new laboratory, the Central Laboratory Almana General Hospital in Al-Khobar.
