QI’m going on honeymoon to the Seychelles next month and want to master the natural-meetspolished beach beauty look that stars like Beyoncé and J-Lo do so well on their vacations. I want to be laid-back but glamorous – without looking ‘caked’.
AThe first rule of holiday glamour is great skin. First exfoliate to slough off dead skin. Then even out your skin tone using Good Genes by Sunday Riley (serum and mask treatment available at spacenk.com for Dh504) or OroGold 24K Bio-Brightening Complex peel (Dh595 at The Dubai Mall). I personally love the OroGold peel for the way it evens out skin tone to give a smooth complexion. Then I would use a natural product such as Cover FX Oil Free Foundation or Benefit’s Hello Flawless Foundation for a translucent effect.
If you have very oily skin, you can use Make Up For Ever’s Pro Finish powder foundation. And I don’t normally recommend this but for your special occasion I’d suggest lash extensions to help you look glam the entire time you’re away.
