My shopping spree starts and ends with kitchen essentials! On weekends you’ll find me at Union Square Market, in New York, scouring for fresh produce and hunting for Japanese stuff at Korin or the New York Trading Company. I sometimes hit up Chelsea Market or Eataly for new ideas. I’m constantly buying utensils at Bowery Kitchens. Knives are the gadgets I use the most.
