WHAT’S TEAM FRIDAY UP TO?

I finally made it back for a visit to India a couple of weeks ago, after a gap of several years. The highlight of my New Delhi mini-break? A street-food tour that took me into the world of chole batura (that fried, fluffy fermented bread is heaven on a plate!), kachoris and gol gappas. Sorry, Taj Mahal, but your so-called story of ‘romance’ didn’t even come close to my love of spicy snacks. Natalie Long, editor London was calling and I was so happy to be in the UK for a family wedding last week.
