STARGAZING
Your stars for the week ahead.
CANCER JUNE 21 – JULY 21
Although the eclipsed New Moon today influences every sign, the fact it’s in Cancer indicates you’re experiencing a transformation. While you’re aware of some changes, others are only just appearing or going on within, that is, altering your feelings or priorities. Explore everything. This will broaden your horizons. Even more, what you experience and who you meet could be thrilling too.
LEO JULY 22 – AUGUST 22
Judging by the recent powerful links between your ruler the Sun and several of the planetary powerhouses, you’re facing exciting but somewhat overwhelming decisions. Explore your options and inform others what intrigues you. But keep arrangements flexible until the life-changing Leo eclipsed New Moon on August 11. Only after that will you know enough to make lasting commitments.
VIRGO AUGUST 23 – SEPTEMBER 22
One of your strengths is your knack for spotting problems and putting things right. However, during the unsettled period that lasts until mid-August, any efforts to untangle any such situations should be regarded as tentative. While, initially, this will annoy you, in a short time you’ll realise the more flexible arrangements, and your plans, are the better. Lasting arrangements should wait until late August.
LIBRA SEPTEMBER 23 – OCTOBER 22
The adage says ‘you can’t please everybody, all the time’. This is especially the case now, with unsettling, yet ultimately productive, changes. It’s just while some respond to what arises with enthusiasm, as many complain or even battle even minor shifts in their lives or work. Politely but firmly ignore them, then focus on the potentially profitable ideas coming your way.
SCORPIO OCTOBER 23 – NOVEMBER 21
Recent events have raised questions about once-stable arrangements and alliances. This has been unsettling. While, obviously, you’d rather keep things as they are, what you learn and who you meet over the coming days could alter your perspective, so much you’re suddenly viewing the future from a very different angle. This inquisitive mood comes at just the right time. The more you explore, the better.
SAGITTARIUS NOVEMBER 22 – DECEMBER 20
By no means are you rigid in your thinking or attitude towards change or the unexpected. Still, you won’t necessarily welcome certain events that are life-altering yet in the hands of others or, perhaps, destiny. Look around you, and you’ll realise many are facing similar situations. The best approach is to explore what arises together, and make a joint commitment to go with the flow.
CAPRICORN DECEMBER 21 – JANUARY 19
Dealing with matters you’re responsible for is fine. In fact, you enjoy organising these, then checking them off your list once they’re done. Yet recently you’ve inherited several tricky situations, either because others lacked the necessary skills or were simply ignoring these. Whatever the case, they’re your responsibility. Get going. Once you do, and realise how much you’re learning, you won’t mind at all.
AQUARIUS JANUARY 20 – FEBRUARY 17
Obviously, you’d prefer it if you could discuss unwelcome changes before plans are settled. But in many cases, either decisions are made by committee or are up to destiny. It will probably be a bit of both. Tempting as it is to battle these, judging by the influence of the Aquarius eclipsed Full Moon, on the 27th, these shakeups aren’t just unavoidable, they’re in your best interests.
PISCES FEBRUARY 18 – MARCH 19
As much as you’d like to help ease those who’re struggling with unexpected developments, their complaints are the result of either being stubborn or lazy. That may sound unkind, but the individuals in question are thinking of themselves, and nobody else, including you. If you can’t ignore them, make suggestions. But stop there, as you’ve certain rather exciting developments of your own to attend to.
ARIES MARCH 20 – APRIL 19
Clear cut as your views and, probably, your plans are, things are unlikely to go as expected. More important, because even unwelcome changes are about breakthroughs, resist the temptation to shape them to suit you. This could mean giving up control or bowing to the decisions of others. Once you’re involved, you’ll realise how much you’ll gain from what you experience or where you go.
TAURUS APRIL 20 – MAY 20
Others are taking over plans that should be yours to make. Let them. With three eclipses, on 13 and 27 July and in mid August, triggering dramatic changes, your circumstances are bound to change. Much as you’d prefer a more settled life, you’ll be rethinking things, more than once. Knowing that, for now, focus on broadening your horizons. Lasting plans can, and should, wait.
GEMINI MAY 21 – JUNE 20
You’re inquisitive, so hear about new ideas or changes first. However, with so much in transition, in the world, others’ lives and your own, every day brings something new and, as a result, the need to gather new facts, then rethink things. While some will complain, you soon realise you’re better off viewing each day as a new adventure. Lasting plans? They can, and should, wait.
