HOW DO I IMPROVE MY SKIN?

-

QCan you suggest a few tips to improve my skin health?

AHere are some super quick tricks that actually work towards improving your skin:

Increase the amount of good ✱ fats you consume. The more good fats you eat, the absorption of some really powerful antioxidants like vitamin A and E improve as well. Both are fatsoluble supplements. Consuming enough fat will also help your skin look younger. Each cell of our body has a protective layer of fat around it which gives it elasticity and keeps it looking healthy and plump. Cutting out the fat from your diet is a recipe for looking older faster.

Start adding amla ✱ (gooseberry) to your diet. Its antioxidant capacity is 75 times greater than goji berries and 50 times more than raw blueberries.

Green juice: Here is a green ✱ juice recipe I swear by. Warning: It doesn’t taste great but it’s the best for your liver which is responsible for detoxifying your body. You will be surprised at how beautifully this juice can work for you.

Blend together a couple of cucumbers, a bunch of celery and mint leaves with a few slices of ginger and a couple of wedges of lemon in 200ml chilled water. Strain it and enjoy right away. Do not carry it around with you and have it later. That will not work and in fact might be dangerous even.

Your gut health plays a crucial ✱ role in how your skin looks. Start having 5g of L glutamic powder (a gluten-free one) every single day in a glass of water with some lemon, if you wish to improve your gut health.

Within two weeks, you can bring the consumption down to 2.5g daily unless you are into heavy weight training.
