STARGAZING

Your stars for the week ahead.

-

VIRGO AUGUST 23 – SEPTEMBER 22

Once you understand this week is about analysing recent setbacks with an eye to turning them to your advantage, you’ll stop worrying and get creative. The Virgo New Moon, on the 9th constitutes a sort of personal new year. Begin decluttering your life, activities and goals, exploring various options now, all in preparation for the fresh vision you’ll have then.

LIBRA SEPTEMBER 23 – OCTOBER 22

Obviously you’d rather have the understanding and, where necessary, support of others. But things are moving swiftly, so much so you may need to plan, if not commit, solo. View arrangements as tentative. For now, explore your options, knowing once the Sun moves into Libra, on the 23rd, and from early October’s Libra New Moon, your perspective will be much clearer.

SCORPIO OCTOBER 23 – NOVEMBER 21

Watching plans or alliances, personal or work-related, come undone may be worrying. Still, do the minimum. What you learn and, especially, chance encounters, will so alter your perspective that you’ll realise what’s ending is only freeing you to explore new, possibly unfamiliar but exciting ventures. Some are out in the world, others more private, but all are adding a new excitement to your life.

SAGITTARIUS NOVEMBER 22 – DECEMBER 20

Few things annoy you more than certain individuals or, equally, regulations that make ridiculous demands. Tempting as it is to ignore these, first, ask what they’re supposed to accomplish. What you learn could make it clear how you’ll benefit. That won’t just be informative, you’ll have good reason to shift your thinking, if not get creative in your approach to what’s being demanded of you.

CAPRICORN DECEMBER 21 – JANUARY 19

Recently, life’s thrown a range of challenges your way. Between recent setbacks and pressing situations, many of which demanded swift decisions, often about matters in which you’re ill-informed, you’re unsure what to do. The answer is: the minimum. What seems impossible this week could soon work out. The secret to taking advantage of this? Patience.

AQUARIUS JANUARY 20 – FEBRUARY 17

Since late July, you’ve faced perplexing issues and situations so sudden and unsettling you’d no idea what to do. Actually, these weren’t about decisions but, rather, forcing you to question old and, often, restrictive patterns. While you’ve recognised some, over the coming weeks more will become clear. As a result, gradually you’ll embrace changes that, only recently, you’d have refused even to consider.

PISCES FEBRUARY 18 – MARCH 19

If you’re still mulling over both personal matters and issues involving others, it’s no surprise. The Pisces Full Moon, on 26 August, brought feelings about many such matters to a head. While you’ve discussed and resolved many, others remain a concern, if not a mystery. The answers you’re seeking aren’t just there, awaiting you, the odds are good that you’ll discover them this week.

ARIES MARCH 20 – APRIL 19

After weeks of frustration, you’ve found a solution for certain challenging situations. While with many this is quick, others will require more time, thought and, in some cases, teamwork. If it’s the latter, discuss who’ll handle which tasks, then stick to yours, and leave everybody else to deal with theirs. This will be faster, easier and means that, by the week’s close, everything will be done.

TAURUS APRIL 20 – MAY 20

Recently, the stubborn attitude of certain individuals was a problem. But, gradually, you’ve transformed tensions into lively discussions, and those into plans that are, in turn, becoming action. While lastminute changes are inevitable, where possible, trust others to handle these. This gives you a chance to focus on personal needs but, even more, make up for lost time with those you care about most.

GEMINI MAY 21 – JUNE 20

By no means do you mind changes, especially the exciting recent developments that have been coming your way. Still, with so much in flux, making plans isn’t easy. The trick is to set your priorities but ensure whatever you arrange is flexible enough to ride out this week’s inevitable twists and turns. Be patient. Those plans will be finalised, but only after considerable discussion.

CANCER JUNE 21 – JULY 21

Although the Full Moon, on August 26, was a turning point, especially in certain matters that needed discussion, not everybody’s been taking the results seriously. Raise your concerns, clearly stating the risks if things aren’t dealt with soon. Then busy yourself with other tasks. While these probably won’t be needed, your actions will testify the strength of your views.

LEO JULY 22 – AUGUST 22

There are concerns about handling tricky situations wisely. But now those worries have extended to ensuring things are dealt with swiftly. However, practical matters have slowed the pace. Worrying as that seems, within days unexpected delays will make you thankful you’ve extra time. Better yet, you soon discover certain individuals are able, and willing, to give you the backup you need.
