My 7-year-old has lost all his hair
QMy 7-year-old son has lost almost all of his hair on the head due to alopecia areata. Is there any solution for this in homeopathy?
AAlopecia areata is a condition in which a person’s hair falls in patches, usually affecting the scalp or other places like the face. This condition can advance to the next stage, alopecia universalis, where all hair from the head as well as other areas such as the eyebrows and eyelashes start to fall. The cause for this condition is unknown. However, many experts believe that this can be due to an impaired immune system, which means there are fewer available treatment options.
But as homeopaths, we believe that all medical conditions occur because of a specific root cause. So if the immune system was affected, there has to be a reason – either due to physical causes (such as use of some medications, heavy metal poisoning) or emotional causes (stress, fear, grief) – and unless it is addressed at the root level, it will not be possible to achieve any lasting results.
