REMINDERS
I have been a lover of making resolutions – not just for myself but even for my family members on occasion. A few years ago I had read an advice column where the expert had suggested that the best way to stick to resolutions is to keep some kind of reminder for yourself everyday. I keep little posters and post-it notes in places that I frequent – like the bedroom mirror, my desk at work and even on the fridge. I have been able to stick to almost all of my resolutions since.
