GARDENING

With the weather becoming cooler, I’m looking forward to a lot of gardening this winter.

With flowers that have just started to blossom and the pumpkins, chillies and tomato seeds sprouting, I’m sure that I will have little sparrows and magpies, the noisy pigeons and beautiful butterflies visiting my garden.

A cup of hot coffee with my family in the balcony admiring all these, is something I’m waiting for this winter. Bala Sadasivan

I plan to watch a new Christmas movie snuggled under a blanket while eating chocolate. It always brings comfort, happiness and good memories.

HELP KIDS

This winter, I plan to visit a hospital to read books to young patients under 15 years old so I can bring some joy into their lives. As they say, in giving happiness, we receive happiness. Ashima Khanna

CHRISTMAS TIME

I am anxiously awaiting to herald in the New Year with hope of new beginnings and better prospects. I am looking forward to things I usually miss in the mad rush of my daily humdrum ….. like slow mornings with a good cuppa, with gentle sunshine on my face and cool winter breeze. I love travelling and seeing Dubai decked up in Christmas colours and lights. WALK BY THE SEA

Winter is on it’s way, and there’s a lot to look forward to. As a student, I’m eagerly waiting for Winter vacations! On the surface, there’s a lot to be done but the thing that fascinates me the most is a long walk alongside the seashore. This does not only gives me strength but also helps me to maintain a peaceful state of mind and to be energetic. TRIP TO OMAN
