MANGO AND PASSION FRUIT ICE CREAM
PREP AND FREEZE TIME 2 HOURS | SERVES 6
1 portion vanilla ice-cream (for recipe see step 1 of Blueberry yogurt ice cream)
500g mango pulp
Pulp of 5 passion fruits
Place vanilla ice cream, mango pieces and passion fruit pulp in a food processor. Process at high speed into a smooth mixture. Place in refrigerator until cold and freeze in an ice cream machine. (If you do not have an ice cream machine then follow the method as mentioned in Blueberry yogurt ice cream). Scoop into cups to serve.
