Phillips recommends starting with steelcut oats or other unrefined wholegrain­s (spelt, millet, wheatberri­es). Add some mixed chopped nuts - to provide more vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy fat - then some unsweetene­d dried fruit or fresh fruit to sweeten. Top with a dollop of natural yoghurt and a sprinkle of mixed seeds.
