NEW ZEALAND | TIAKI What to expect:

Full-service restaurant Tiaki is one of only a few fully-licensed pavilion restaurant­s and will offer visitors a glimpse of New Zealand’s food and beverage offering.

Who’s behind the kitchen:

Tiaki will be operated by Emirates Flight Catering who visited New Zealand to source food and beverage products to curate the menu. They will be supported by young apprentice chefs recruited from New Zealand.

Surprise entry on the menu:

Greenshell mussels in white wine broth with baguette crostini.

Don’t forget to try before you leave:

Best of Aotearoa platter allows diners a sampling of the country’s seafood, meat and cheese and sharable cheese selections from Fonterra.
