Prathveer’s allround show powers IHS
Our Own, Combined Schools and Pak Islamia also register wins
Prathveer slammed a superb unbeaten 59, after picking up three crucial wickets, to guide Indian High School (IHS) to a thumping nine-wicket win over H.H. Shaikh Rashid Al Maktoum Pakistani School, Dubai, in the Rosy Blue under-15 inter-school tournament, organised by the Emirates Cricket Board and supported by CBFS and Embee International, at Al Dhaid Cricket Village.
In another match, Akbar Shoaib Khan snared five wickets for just 15 runs but his efforts failed to prevent Wesgreen School Sharjah from crashing to a 46-run defeat against Our Own High School, Al Warqa.

Indian High School did well to bowl out their opponents for 145 inside 20 overs with Deepen and Prathveer doing most of the damage, taking three wickets each. Sagar and Parnov also chipped with two wickets each.
Ahmad Saeed batted well for his 37, but he lacked support from the other end. Indian High School reached the challenging target in just 18 overs.
