Man airlifted after accident in desert

Asian man, who was in a critical condition after a car accident, was airlifted by the Abu Dhabi Police Air Wing from a desert in the Western Region, some 250 km from Al Ain, the Abu Dhabi Police said yesterday.

The 40 year- old victim was transported to Tawam Hospital in Al Ain for treatment. The Abu Dhabi Police had received a call reporting that the patient was having difficulty in breathing. (
