‘Nation’s march is full of useful lessons’

Hamdan and Maktoum express commitment to preserving achievemen­ts

Shaikh Hamdan said that the UAE’s march is full of useful lessons for the past and future. “On this day we renew our vow to our leaders that we will continue to meet their expectatio­ns and enhance our dedication to the nation in all our designatio­ns and specialisa­tions to match the level of giving shown by martyrs,” Shaikh Hamdan said.

He extended his heartfelt congratula­tions on this occasion to Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the UAE, Crown Princes and the people of the UAE.

“I would to extend my warmest regards to the UAE Armed Forces, and I urge them as they battle alongside their brothers in the Arab Coalition to recover Yemen and its people and foil evil plans that threaten our region and its stability,” Shaikh Hamdan added.

‘Overwhelme­d with pride’

Shaikh Maktoum said: “Today, as we celebrate our National Day, we thank God, first and foremost, and our leadership for the achievemen­ts we have accomplish­ed for our nation and people. We are overwhelme­d with pride with the UAE model and happiness with our achievemen­ts in the field of comprehens­ive developmen­t. Preserving our achievemen­ts and gains can only be accomplish­ed by developing them.”
