Court won’t ban Indian films

The

high court in Punjab yesterday disposed of a petition seeking a ban on the screening of Indian movies in the country and asked the mover to approach the relevant forum.

The petition was lodged at the Lahore High Court (LHC) by local film producers and distributors, challenging the exhibition of Bollywood films in Pakistani cinemas.
