Title acknowledges exceptional performance in aftersales services
Arabian Automobiles Company, the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for Nissan in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, has been awarded the World Aftersales Progress Club global award for the ninth year in a row, marking the 18th time they have received this honour overall. The accolade acknowledges exceptional performance in aftersales services and parts, and was received during Arabian Automobiles’ Top Management Summit with the Nissan Motoring Company in Japan.
“We are truly honoured to receive this award, which is a testament to Arabian Automobiles’ work to provide excellence across all our service platforms. We are extremely proud of this recognition, which adds proven value to our brand,” Michel Ayat, CEO of Arabian Automobiles Company said in a statement.
As part of the awards protocol, all NSCs are divided into three groups based on their business volume. Arabian Automobiles received a grand prize in the ‘Largest National Sales Company’ (NSC) category.
The judging criteria covers parts sales, accessory sales, service sales, customer retention, workshop capacity analysis, parts inventory management, compliance to the manufacturer’s standards and customer satisfaction.
