Saudi charity sends aid to Syria

Salman Centre for Relief and Humanitarian Aid sent yesterday 64 trucks loaded with 68,000 food baskets and winter clothing that will benefit 417,000 displaced people in Syria.
Centre director of health and environmental aid department Sulaiman Al Shrea said that the centre dispatched the trucks through Bab Al Hawa border between Turkey and Syria. At least 400,000 Syrians have died in the conflict, termed by the UN as the gravest humanitarian crisis of the 21st century. (Staff Report)
