Girls set record with dance fest

As

many as 7,000 girl students yesterday performed the classical dance ‘Kuchpudi’ in this Andhra Pradesh coastal city to set a Guinness World record.

The girls, from 21 government-run residential schools in north coastal Andra, participated in the event to commemorate 125th birth anniversary of B.R. Ambedkar.

They performed in with three songs.
