Shareholders approve Damac dividend

Properties said yesterday its shareholders approved a 25 per cent dividend or 25 fils per share at the annual general meeting.

The meeting was held on April 16, the company said.

The shareholders also approved the board recommendation that contribution towards corporate social responsibility shall not exceed 2 per cent of the average net profits of 2015/16.

The shareholders also approved the financial statements and auditors report for year ending December 2016.
