GFH board to approve results on November 12

Financial Group said its board will meet on November 12 to discuss and approve third-quarter results.

“In case of any rescheduling or any changes to the agenda of the board meeting, a notification will be issued accordingly,” GFH said in a statement.

The company also said that Capital Intelligence Ratings has affirmed GFH’s long-term rating at ‘BB’ and the short-term rating at ‘B’. The outlook for GFH’s ratings remains ‘Stable’. (Staff Report)
